Aleister Crowley, born Edward Alexander Crowley is a well-known magickian, poet, and mountain-climber. Most notable is his involvement in the creation of the religion known as Thelema. He had a reputation as "The Wickedest Man in the World", and even though he reveled in the attention that such accusations warranted, he was not really all that bad of a person.
